菠萝原料入库时,工作人员为每一批原料绑定 RF-HZMTY300-112 标签,录入产地、采摘日期、检测报告等信息。RF-HZ100L 读写器快速读取标签数据并上传至管理系统,形成原料专属档案。后续若发现质量问题,可通过标签快速定位问题批次,精准召回,避免大规模损失。
When pineapple raw materials are received into the warehouse, the staff attach an HF tag(RF-HZMTY300-112 ) to each batch of raw materials and record information such as origin, harvest date, and inspection reports. An RF-HZ100L reader quickly reads the tag data and uploads it to the management system, creating a unique file for each batch of raw materials. If quality problems are discovered later, the tag can be used to quickly locate the problematic batch, allowing for precise recall and preventing large-scale losses.

During the cleaning, peeling, and cutting processes of the raw materials, RF-HZ100L readers are deployed at each processing stage. When the raw material baskets with attached tags pass through the reader's sensing area, the system automatically records information such as the completion time of the process, the operating employee, and equipment parameters. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, reducing human error and improving workflow efficiency. Management personnel can also monitor production progress in real time and allocate resources effectively.

During critical processes such as filling and sterilization, RFID tags can synchronously record core parameters such as filling volume, sterilization temperature, and sterilization time. The readers upload the data to the system in real time, creating an unalterable production record and ensuring that every batch of canned goods meets food safety standards. If product quality complaints arise later, the complete production data can be traced through the tags, allowing for quick identification of the root cause of the problem.

成品罐头装箱时,外箱标签与箱内产品标签关联,记录装箱数量、出库日期、目的地等信息。仓库出入口的高频RFID读写器 RF-HZ100L 可快速完成货物盘点与出入库登记,实现仓储数据实时更新,避免库存积压或短缺。物流过程中,也可通过 RFID 技术追踪货物位置,确保产品快速、安全送达。
When finished canned goods are packed into boxes, the outer box labels are linked to the product labels inside the box, recording information such as the quantity packed, the date of shipment, and the destination. High-frequency RFID readers (RF-HZ100L) at the warehouse entrance and exit can quickly complete inventory checks and record goods entering and leaving the warehouse, enabling real-time updates of warehousing data and preventing inventory buildup or shortages. During the logistics process, RFID technology can also be used to track the location of goods, ensuring fast and safe delivery of products.
